Storage and processing of data / Server Log files
With your access to this website, the web server temporarily stores information -for a time span of three months- by default, that possibly enables your identification. This data is obtained for security and statistical purposes only (IP-address of the requesting computer, the websites you are accessing from your server, date and time of your web-search, transferred data volume, the notification of successful demand, the type of browser and operating system, as well as the website from which you have accessed ours).

An individual, person-related association with the data is excluded.

The legal basis of our data processing is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, which regulates the processing of data in order to fulfil a contract, or pre-contractual measures.

Personal data
Personal data includes all kind of information that can be used in order to identify you. These information, such as: your name, your address, telephone number or e-mail address are not being stored - unless you deliberately indicate these, e.g. by filling-in the contact form.

Therefore, the processing exclusively occurs on the basis of your permission. (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO).

The personal data, you optionally have provided, is merely used in order to fulfil your requests and wishes, such as e.g. to reply to your requests. Your personal data will not be given to third parties, unless it is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract settlement, or if you explicitly allow it.

The data you have provided entirely stays with us until you request a deletion, withdraw from the authorization to store the information, or the purpose of data storage is redundant (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal regulations  - especially concerning the period of storage – are not being changed.

Safety information
Our website uses an SSL-encoding when it comes to the transmission of confidential or personal contents, such as e.g. the contact form. However, misuse, manipulation or similar - by unauthorized third parties - cannot be excluded. We therefore recommend you to use different kinds of transmission for highly confidential/ personal data.

Disclosure, blocking, deletion
According to legal regulations, you have the right to obtain information about your stored personal data, where it came from and the addressee, as well as the purpose of processing - with no additional charge. If desired, you also have the right to correct, block or delete it. To do so, as well as for further questions concerning personal data, you can contact us (via the address and contact data given in the imprint) at any time.

Revocation of your permission for data processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your explicit permission. You can take back your permission at any time. In order to do so, an informal message via e-mail is sufficient. The legality of the data processing that has taken place before your withdrawal still consists.

Right to appeal
In case of violation of the data protection regulations, the concerned party can make use of their right to appeal to the responsible supervisory authority. The responsible supervisory authority for questions concerning data protection regulations is the state data protection commissioner of the state, which our company is located in. A list of data protection commissioners as well as their contact information can be recalled under the following link:
